Born March 8, 1940, Huntingdon, daughter of the late Harry and Laura Woodward. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Gary S. Drake; 3 children, Homer Ripple, Josephine Harris and baby girl Ripple; siblings, Martha Lauver and Orin “Butch” Woodward. Patricia was a member of the Hands of Grace Church and active in her community and loved volunteering with the church’s foodbank.

They enjoyed weekends at Lake Sakakawea and camping trips to state & national parks and west to Washington State and to California. Don and Mabel continued to camp in the Black Hills of South Dakota at the Hart Ranch, and in Medora and Bismarck until Mabel passed on June 6, 2016. He is survived by one daughter, Pebbles Kirtlan of Nashville, Oh.; one granddaughter, Moeana Franklin of Lebonan, Tenn., two sisters are deceased. Per his wishes no calling hours or service is planned.

Rich had so much fun for so many years and could always be seen having his lunch break at the Venetian Restaurant, enjoying his time there, and countless laughs with fellow locals. Among all of his jobs, being acting superintendent of Fairmount Cemetery for countless years was his favorite. Donald met his sweetheart Mabel Laches in 1958 at a dance west of Dickinson. They were united in marriage May 29, 1961 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church and celebrated 55 years of marriage. Don graduated from North Dakota State School of Science in 1962 earning a plumbing certificate and then his journeyman’s license.

Stant, nee Howley, 86, of Wilmington, DE passed away on Friday, December 23rd at Accent Care Hospice. She was born in Chester to the late Edward and Dorothy Howley. Barbara worked for many years as a telephone operator. Barbara liked going to the casino and the horse races.

In recent years, golfing with his brother, Wayne, was a favorite pastime, and he always had a smile on his face when hitting the green with Wayne. Ray also had a special fondness for campfires, where he would invite anyone and everyone to join him and share a laugh or two. In his later years, he and his wife enjoyed riding their side by side, taking in the beauty of the world around them. Above all, Ray was a kind and joyful soul who lived for time with his family. He married his wife, Claire, in 1971 and they were married for 51 years. Marie, MI on March 19, 1940, the son of the late Hugh and Margaret (St. Germaine) Crimin. He graduated from Sault High School and went on to serve his country in the US Army. On December 26, 1964, he married the love of his life, Shirley Bruce, at St. Joseph Church in Sault Ste. Raymond David Crimin is a perfect example of a life well lived. Ray passed away at his home on December 21, 2022 at the age of 82.

His energy that he brought to our community was truly profound to say the least. Richard R. Godin, age 76, a lifelong resident of Weymouth, passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2022.
Donald was born on the family farm north of Gladstone, ND March 9, 1939, to Valentine & Beatrice Walter. The Walter family moved north of South Heart where they were grain farmers and ran the Walter’s Coal Mine. Donald graduated from South Heart HS in 1958 and joined the US Army later that year, training in Kansas, Missouri & Georgia. His second year was in Korea as a switchboard operator. Prior to his illness, he had worked at the former Keg Room, Blackstone Corporation, Crawford Furniture and most recently at the Chautauqua Lake Fishing Association. He was a member of the Chautauqua Lake Fishing Association and a former member of the Herman Kent Post 777, American Legion. He will be remembered as a lover of all sports, was an avid golfer and a huge fan of the Buffalo Bills and the Buffalo Sabres. He was an impressive wood craftsman, building a wide variety of exquisite rocking horses, furniture, baby cradles and beautiful scroll saw creations. He attended mass daily and the weekly Flame of Love prayer group, praying the rosary, and making bead rosaries that would be sent to missions. Don was well known for giving handmade little wooden angels to anyone who touched his heart.
